Morilo does not have sign-in. We cannot look up your child’s book or reset a password. If something is wrong, describe the device and what you tapped. We will answer from there.

The free book

Who Lives Here includes a starter chapter in the app. It plays without a purchase and without a download.

Purchases

Paid books and the library unlock go through Apple. If a purchase does not appear, use Restore Purchases in the app. Apple holds the receipt; we do not.

Downloads

Full books download through Apple. You can wait for Wi-Fi. A download does not send a child’s profile.

My Discoveries

You can photograph something at home and always type the name yourself. That sends nothing.

Asking Morilo for a name needs a verified library purchase. A cleaned picture then goes to OpenAI. OpenAI may keep that request for about 30 days to watch for abuse. They do not use it to train their models. We have not applied for OpenAI Zero Data Retention.

Confirming a name so the child can hear it sends the name text to ElevenLabs. ElevenLabs keeps the name and the voice, and may use them to improve their models.
